We recommend the following steps for the correct installation of ROTOFLUX couplings: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In new systems, ensure that the circuit has been cleaned and flushed, i.e. free of machining residues or other abrasive parts. In existing installations, check the functionality of the filter.<\/li>\n<li>Tighten the coupling in a vice on the body side, where there are no bearings, and screw in the hose. (img. 1)<\/li>\n<li>Install the coupling on the machine. (img. 2)<\/li>\n<li>Connect the hose, which is pre-installed on the coupling, to the fluid supply line, ensuring that the hose is not stretched and does not become stretched as the fluid under pressure passes through. (img. 3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3202 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/rotoflux.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/img-istallation-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"880\" height=\"244\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When using metal hoses in confined spaces, it is necessary to use rigid elbows, which allow tight bends without creating abnormal tension.
